Things you can give to a FSBO to help them.

NOTE:  Don't give them all at one, just one at a time.  That way you have a reason to visit them many times.

You might want to give them the Seller Quiz, and the Six Steps To Selling A Home next.  Wait about four or five days between these and then about 7 days in between the other information items.

Never ask for the listing, always let them know that you are trying to help them sell it themselves.  If they do sell it themselves, be sure to get a testimonial for your help.  This you can use on other FSBOs to get them to let you help them also.  If they ask you why you are doing this, go to the FSBO Guide and download the FSBO Guide Book and look on the last page.
