  A very simple flyer to pass out anywhere you want to prospect for listings.  Go to the MLS and find a home that was listed in the last two days; hand out about 200 of these around that home.   Why, you ask?  Because history shows that whenever some lists a home, another home is listed in the same area within the next 7 to 10 days.
